After Sala Serpieri, we find Zappi Recordati library, which was named after one of the first presidents of Confagricoltura(1943-1945) of whom we find a bronze bust, realized in 1955. The ceiling, whose sections are adorned with laurel branches, is formed by coffers with rosettes and rests on beautiful consoles, some of which present human figures. The library hosts part of Confagricoltura collections, which include precious and rare volumes regarding agriculture.
From the library it is possible to reach the exit through rooms in which the ceilings are adorned with coffers and rosettes resting on wood consoles.
the rooms on the first floor are nowadays used as office for the President and the Director General of Confagricoltura. The rooms have exquisite ceilings with coat of arms and friezes and a fireplace with fluted columns and, in the middle of the two vaults, a chandelier between two facing griffins.
