“Food Liability Workshop” – global insurance & contracts

Nomiza informs us that the Insurance Skills Jam is organizing the seminar “Food Liability Workshop” on June 21st dedicated in particular to insurance and contractual themes linked to the internationalization of Italian agri-food businesses.
Our exports in this sector continue to grow and to represent a fundamental element of our country’s commercial balance, but the potential of the “Made in Italy” agri-food business on foreign markets remains high, as high as the difficulties faced by companies taking on all the potential markets available.  Some of today’s rulings that affect the sector, for example, can be found in the diverse applications of legislation between one State and another: therefore, its makes sense for companies understand the availability of insurance coverage, thus being able to evaluate the opportunity of using it calmly in the global market.  And so the Workshop suggests offering the participants the chance to compare the most common problems that interest the evaluation and the transfer of the risks facing the sector via the examination of legal and news cases and the sharing of experiences with the main operators in the food market and Italian insurance.
