Switzerland: course in Italian cooking
The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland is organizing a cooking course, together with the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF), spoken in English and due to be held in Brasserie des Tours in Genève as from 27 September 2014.
The purpose of the course is to offer Italian cooking fans the instruments and skills required to learn how to cook dishes typical of our country in five pressure cooker lessons, and it will be in English in order to satisfy demands from the international public residing in Switzerland.
A chef from the ICIF, an institute boasting many years of experience in teaching Italian cooking to foreigners, will be selected for the occasion and a certificate of attendance will be issued by ICIF at the end of the course.
Applications for registration must be received by 5 September next.
